• Register early as race does sell out.

The best thing(s) about the race:

• Gorgeous run through several New Jersey shore towns, starting and ending in Asbury Park, NJ

• Accommodating to runners of all speeds, ample supplies stations so that nobody is without water (or electrolytes)

• Cool medals

What was less than ideal: Inadequate pre/post race facilities and setup

What I didn't expect: Parts of the course for slower runners became difficult to navigate with non race people in the way in some small areas.

Race organization: Race is well organized and communications plentiful.

Fuel and aid stations: Excellent, well manned and amply stocked
