The Freedom 5k & Kids’ Fun Run sponsored by OrthoNeuro is a family friendly event to celebrate the birth of our nation.

Take a break from the concrete and run the Championship level Cross Country Course at Pickerington High School North . The run winds around the high school practice fields and through over 1,200 meters of wooded terrain with very little elevation change.

Kids can enjoy fun activities, like hula hoops, bubbles, and jump ropes before and during the 5k. There will be special appearances by some of your favorite movie characters too. (All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult)

The Kids’ Fun Run is free of charge and will begin at 8 AM. Participants will be divided in to 2 groups. Children 5 and under will run a 100 Yard dash. Children 6-9 will run a ¼ mile course. All participants will receive a finisher ribbon.

The 5K race will begin at 8:30 AM. Each participant will receive a finisher medal with trophies awarded to the top 2 male and female finishers in each category.

• 10 and under
• 11-15
• 16-35
• 36-50
• 51 and over

FAQs:
Race day registration will be available beginning at 7:15 a.m.
Packet Pickup will begin at 7:15 a.m. on the morning of the race.
