We are hoping to run our in-person 5K along with virtual events for those who can not attend in person. If it is not safe due to COVID we will be virtual again for 2021. One day at a time! You will find in person signup as well as virtual. Take your pick for now and we will keep you updated as the date becomes closer. If you choose virtual, please take a picture of yourself and upload it to our facebook page (NAMI Sauk Area 5K). Virtual events will be awarded separately from in person events.

NAMI stands for National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI Sauk Area's goal is to use this fundraiser to assist our group in raising awareness of the support families need when dealing with a loved one or friend who is living with a mental illness. Money raised from this event will facilitate training for CIT officers, help pay for Family 2 Family manuals, training for instructors in NAMI based programs and instructional brochures.
