This family-friendly event welcomes people of all ages and abilities – walkers, competitive runners and everyone in between. Get your family off the couch, try a new exercise challenge or beat your personal best time – the Metro Way 5K and YMCA Kids Races makes it fun!

This year, we are offering the Metro Way 5K, YMCA Kids Races as a hybrid event. You can choose to walk, jog, run or crawl your favorite 5K (3.1 mile) or 2K (1.24 mile) route with us, or on your own within the specified time frame. If you select the hybrid option, you will be asked to upload your results and your finishers medal and shirt will be sent to you. Results must be uploaded by 11:59 on July 19. Every cent raised goes right back into our community by providing free and low cost educational health and wellness classes.
