The Freeman Farm & Schoolhouse will host the 1st Annual Schoolhouse Rock & Run on November 18, 2023.  There will be a 5k & 1 mile Fun Run and the run will start at 8:30 am at Avedis Park in Shawnee.  This will be fun event for the whole family and in addition to the run there will be: rock music, snack tables, fall painting, balloon animals, mohawk & hair color table, merch table, & race day photography. 

Run Details:
– Early Bird registrations fees of $30 for the Fun Run and $35 for the 5k are available until October 21st. 
– All 5k runners that sign up by November 7th will get a t-shirt & finishers medal
– Cash prizes for the top 3 overall male & female
– Chip Timed by I:40 Race Service
– USATF Certified Course, Course map posted soon. 
– OBU Student Discount, take $5 off with code: bison
– Early packet pickup from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, Nov. 17th- Location TBD
