DISTANCES:

Triathlon: 300yd swim, 12.4 mile bike, 3.1 mile run

Duathlon: 1.5 mile run, 12.4 mile bike, 3.1 mile run

SCHEDULE:

Saturday, May 15th:

8:00 am Race registration, transition area opens, body marking

8:45 am Transition closes; pre-race athlete meeting

9:00 am Triathlon/Duathlon time trial start

Race Location: Flat Rock Community Center South Parking Area (1 Maguire St., Flat Rock, MI 48134)

Race Amenties: ALL race participants will receive an event t-shirt and finisher award.

Courses:

Swim: Time-trial start in FRCC pool. 300-yard serpentine swim.

Bike: *NEW 2021* 12.4-mile course on Downriver Linked Greenways and paved roads.

Run: 5k all paved course on the Downriver Linked Greenways.

Registration: includes event shirt (if registered before May 6th) and finisher award.

Sprint Triathlon or Duathlon: $50 (through May 6th), $60 (May 7- 14)

Sprint Triathlon or Duathlon Relay: $100 (through May 6th), $120 (May 7-14)

COMBO REGISTRATION! Race BOTH the May Spring Tri/Du AND August Summer Sprint Tri/Du: $90

No day-of-race registration.

Timing: Official timing including all swim, run, bike, and transition splits.

We will follow all current State of Michigan guidelines and COVID-19 precautions during the event.
