Run Tri Bike Panel Discussion: Inclusivity in Endurance Sports
$10.00
Description
Join us on Thursday, September 18th at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET for an inspiring and thought-provoking panel discussion hosted by Run Tri Bike. We’re bringing together three remarkable athletes— Dr Dez Taylor-Douglas, Rach McBride, and Dr Alison Roy—who each embody our mission: proving there is a spot at the starting line for everybody and every body.
This conversation will explore how endurance sports can become more inclusive, equitable, and welcoming to all. Our panelists will share their perspectives on what race directors should know to ensure every athlete feels invited, supported, and celebrated. We’ll also dive into what athletes themselves can do to encourage events and organizations to embrace diversity as a strength. From practical advice to honest reflections, the discussion will highlight where we are today in creating a supportive, fun, and inclusive environment for all endurance athletes.
Whether you’re an athlete, coach, race director, or a fan of the sport, this panel is an opportunity to learn, connect, and be part of the change.
Attendance is free for Everyday Athlete Clubhouse members. Non-members can join for just $10.
Zoom Link will be sent via email at 10am PST on September 18th.
