I’ve been running off and on with my dog for a few years, but we have really made it a routine during the pandemic. It’s allowed us to get much-needed time out of the house and to explore new trails and paths near our home in Atlanta. Our favorite adventure was definitely hiking up part of the Appalachian Trail in North Georgia and watching her scramble up rocks and tackle the terrain so easily.
