A 5K Run and 1.5 Mile Walk being presented by the Women and Family Life Center of Guilford. Run or walk along the scenic roads and harbor, past the historic sites and homes of this quintessential New England town.

This race is dedicated to Tracy, a PhD student who was well known to the CT running community and who coped with her mental health struggles through running. Our event is dedicated to educating people, and reducing the stigma associated with mental health issues and creating support for individuals who struggle with these issues.

Proceeds benefit the people served through the Women & Family Life Center and Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital .
