Register TODAY and help local HEROES! The Heroes' Challenge is a Race and Fundraiser for local military and first responder Heroes and their families. 100% of the proceeds and donations go directly to supporting Heroes' and their families when "Right Now" assistance is needed!

Usually The Heroes' Challenge Race includes 3 Walk/Run distances: a 10K, 5K, 1K, with one general start time. The course is on the river dike, so it's a zero-elevation, in-out course, along the beautiful Columbia River, with majestic Mt. Hood standing sentinel on the horizon, as you travel eastward. Opening Ceremony begins at 9:00am…. but for COVID 19 you are invited to proudly wear your Dog-tag (all races) and t-shirt (not part of 1K packet/$5 registration) and walk/run any day, any where by the end of Patriots' Day (September 11, 2020). Then come back, post your picture on our Facebook page and encourage more people to participate in The Heroes' Challenge!

Next year for 2021 Event Schedule… Day of registration opens at 8am. Opening Ceremony begins at 9am, ALL RUNS WILL START immediately afterwards. The Awards Ceremony will begin at 10:30am. A Patriot's $5 Pancake breakfast will be held from 8am to 11:30am, followed by a Children's Parade at noon. 11 to 3pm will be food vendors, live music, a variety of craftsman booths and festivities, plus a beer garden!
