All of Chicago is invited to walk, run, or roll with M3. However you get around we want to get out and experience our amazing neighborhoods. Your participation helps fund our work with the youth and in the community throughout the year. This year's My Block My Hood My City Neighborhoods 5k will take us on a journey through five Chicago neighborhoods supporting local small businesses along the way!

We are running in Chicago Lawn, South Shore, Washington Park, Little Village, and Humboldt Park! This Virtual 5k can be run anytime between August 7th and August 15th. For those who'd like to run with others, join us Saturday, August 7th @ 10am at one of the five run routes (you can find those run routes @ https://myblock.imgbb.com/).

If you'd like to train for the 5k with M3, sign up for our weekly BlockFit runs at formyblock.org/events!

BEGINS: Saturday, August 7th at 9am — ENDS: Sunday, August 15th at 12pm

*Participants can Walk or Run the 5k anytime through the week. If you'd like to run with others, run during our suggested run times! **All participants will receive our 2021 Neighborhoods 5k Race Tee & Medal
