CUT-OFF TIMES
Swim – 8:00 a.m
Bike – Noon
Run – 3:00 p.m.

These cut-off times are based on an athlete participating in the Half Iron Distance event which is being staged simultaneous to the Olympic Distance event.

NOTE: The Half Iron swim course starts to the right of the swim exit that merges into the same finish as the Olympic swim. The two courses are separate and there will be no confusion for the athletes.

NOTE: The Olympic distance race is running simultaneous to the Half Iron Distance race and the Olympic bike course is one lap of the Half Iron Distance course with the exception of skipping two out and backs on the return of the loop. These out and backs will be marked and staffed.

NOTE: The Olympic run course is exactly the same as one lap of the Half Iron Distance course with omitting one small section that will be well marked and staffed during the race making it simple for the athletes to do the correct course.

Please Note

Fort Pond, a freshwater pond has the potential to spawn blue algae. If our water testing indicates there is blue algae, we have a back up plan in place with the swim at Navy Beach.
