The Pennsylvania Army National Guard Joint Force Headquarters Mess is proud to announce the “Hot Mess 5k” and “Mini Mess Miler” on Sat, 23 Oct 21 at Memorial Lake State Park.

Start/finish for all events will be the Middle Road Parking Lot
Check‐in will begin at 8:00am
“Hot Mess 5k” will start at 9:00am
“Mini Mess Miler” will start at 10:00am

The race route follows the contours of beautiful Memorial Lake, providing captivating views of the natural landscape. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to see a bald eagle soaring over the lake, a fish jumping from the water, or a crane standing in the shallows. As a state park, Memorial Lake is also a haven for people to boat, fish, swim, and enjoy picnics. Consider sticking around after the race for a day in the sun, enjoying all that this peaceful location has to offer.

A short toddler race will begin at 10:30am. There is no fee for this race and a small prize will be available for all children who participate.

Registrations received after 8 October 2021 are not guaranteed a Race Shirt.
