HOPE's 11th Annual Sham Rock N Run 5k

Start Time: 8:00AM, Registration opens at 7:00am
Location: St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oviedo, FL

For your safety, we at HOPE have decided to cap registration at 700 runners, including in-person, virtual, and snooze.

The first 700 to register will receive a Performance T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and a custom race bib.* We have reached 700 registrants; no finisher medals available. If you register now, you will still receive a Performance T-shirt and custom race bib.

T-shirt sizes will not be guaranteed after February 4, 2022

All participants are encouraged to dress up in their St. Patty's Day best! Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. There will also be a special prize for the largest team.

Children pushed in strollers are welcome to attend for free. All strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack.

Parking is available on site.

For safety reasons, no skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals will be allowed on the racecourse.

Our race management team is closely following the Covid-19 situation and is in regular contact with local officials. Safety protocols will be reviewed and updated as we near the race date.

Awards/Giveaways
Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in the following age categories:
9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

All proceeds from the Sham Rock N Run benefit HOPE Helps, Inc., whose mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida. Learn more about HOPE at www.hopehelps.org.

The Sham Rock N Run is a fundraising event to benefit HOPE Helps, Inc. and no refunds or transfers will be given.
