The Punta Gorda YMCA’s first annual Healthy Kids Day 5K is open to everyone—from seasoned runners to individuals completing their very first race. It doesn’t matter if you run or walk the course; the Healthy Kids Day 5K is about celebrating a healthy lifestyle and being active with your family, your friends, and your community! Proceeds benefit the YMCA’s scholarship program!

Race Day Registration & Check-In – 7:00 am
5k start time – 8:15 am
1 Mile Fun Run start time – 8:25 am
Post-Race Party – Follow the race
Awards Ceremony – 9:15 am
