Game Changers Repeater 5k Challenge

The Challenge: Run as many 3-mile laps every 45 minutes as you can. If you complete all 12 laps, that will be 36 miles

8:00 AM start

12 x 45 minute/3 miles laps

5:00 PM End of last lap

Laps begin and end at the Game Changers store in Red Fern Village

-$10 flat fee

students are free but should register using coupon code “STUD”

-No shirts or age group awards

-Encourage the use of Strava to log the miles

-We will have a clock to track the 45 minutes per lap

-Must complete each 3-mile lap within 45 minutes

-Each runner begins the lap at the same time

-Runners can come and do as few or as many segments as they wish

-Will have UCAN nutrition throughout the day for participants,

-Alter Ego hat rep to attend, and one other brand to be here as well

-A SWAG Bag for anyone who completes the challenge

-proceeds benefit the Glynn Academy Cross Country Team
