T-SHIRTS & FINISHER MEDALS
We are doing shirts and finisher medals a little different this year.

Shirts and finisher medals are guaranteed for all participants and will be available for pickup at Front Running Sports, approximately June 22, 2020 (two weeks after the race). Shipping is also available. We are doing this so that everyone who participates is guaranteed to receive a shirt and medal – even if you register the week of the race!

TIMING & SCORING: Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib.

SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS
We have lots and lots of room dedicated to the start line. The start line will be divided up into corals, participants will receive a coral number at packet pick-up. Within each coral area, participants must limit groups to 10 people. At the start of the race, each coral will be released when the previous coral is finished crossing the start line. It is the participants responsibility to maintain proper social distancing during the race. Competitive runners should request coral #1 while walkers should request coral #10 or higher.

UNFORESEEN CANCELLATION
If for any reason the Doughnut Day 5K is unable to take place on June 5, 2021 all participants will be switched to the Doughnut Day 5K Virtual Race. Finisher medals and shirts will still be available for pickup at Front Running Sports, details will be communicated via email and posted on our Facebook page.
