How are we guaranteeing a safe and socially distanced event?

We have been testing social distancing at several events so far and have had great success by implementing:

• Extended Packet Pickup Hours (3 Day packet pickup and group pickup options)

• Contactless Packet Pickup

• Time trial starts from 8am-11am (race will not start as a group, your chip time starts when you start the race)

• One way flow of traffic at all times (registration, bib pickup, start/finish line separated, etc.)

• Open Area – start line and race staging will be spread out to maximize social distancing

• Results – posted online only, all participants receive finisher medals (no age group ceremony)

• Post Race Party – beer tickets are good from 12/28 – 1/2 to reduce group size at the Brewery on race day

• Announcer will encourage participants to wear masks and follow CDC social distancing guidelines

• Additional Hand Sanitizer stations at registration and restrooms

• FREE SHIPPING to participants if they prefer to participate in the race virtually rather than in person
