Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage and Fleet Feet Mt. Juliet are proud to announce the 2nd annual 7th President 7k, a unique course set on the property that the nation’s 7th president once called home. The 7k will take runners across paved pathways and fields as they take in the rolling hills and beautiful landscape of The Hermitage property. Runners will get the chance to see Tulip Grove mansion, the home of Rachel Jackson’s nephew, as well as the Hermitage Church, completed in 1824 as a place for the neighborhood to worship. The race will end at the Hermitage mansion, the crown jewel of the property.

Race begins at 8 am.

Registration $40 ages 16 and up; $25 ages 15 and under; free to ages 4 and under.

Paid participants who register by October 5th will be guaranteed an event-logo'd tee, a challenge coin, and one Grounds Pass to the Andrew Jackon's Hermitage, valid October 21st through December 31st, 2023. Grounds Pass coupon will be given at Packet Pick Up.

Please be advised, strollers are not recommended for this run as the course is not fully paved, largely made up of grass, fields and trail. If you choose to bring a stroller, please line up toward the back of the group. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

For the safety of all participants, dogs are not allowed on the course at the 7k event. When utilizing the Grounds Pass to The Hermitage, which is included with your registration, dogs are welcome and free to walk, run and play while leashed on the site. Please bring bags to dispose of pet waste.

PARKING: Please enter off the Old Hickory Blvd entrance. Signs and volunteers will direct you to the parking area.

The event will be held rain or shine. All registrations are final.

Note: You may complete this race at any time virtually on or before October 21st, 2023. You must be registered in order to receive your Challenge Coin, shirt, and grounds pass. Your challenge coin and shirt will be mailed upon completion of the event.
