• Bring your fast shoes, this is a ourse to shoot for a PR

• Bring water, it is hot

The best thing(s) about the race:

• Fast Flat Course

• Start and Finish along the Atlantic Ocean

• Plenty of shade which helps a race that is run in the hot summer sun

What was less than ideal: Should have advised walkers to stay to the back, which caused some dodging of walkers at the start of the race.

What I didn't expect: The race sold out

Race organization: Good Organization, no huge lines anywhere as everything went off smoothly

Fuel and aid stations: Two water stations both well manned with helpful volunteers

Additional info: They sold out for the first time as this race is getting popular, so register early if you can.
