ABOUT THE RACE: Technical courses through an old-growth forest with spectacular scenery.

RACE DATE: Saturday, Sept. 4

10K START: 8:30 a.m.

5K START: 9 a.m.

LOCATION: The park is located just off Silver Creek Road (SR 4008), which is accessible from Route 29 in Franklin Forks to the east and from Route 167 to the west. It is north of Montrose, PA, and south of Binghamton, NY. Learn more about the park at friendsofsaltspringspark.org

ABOUT THE 10K: We’re not kidding when we say it’s tough and technical. If you are not comfortable with steep climbs and loose descents, please consider racing the 5K. You can transfer your registration in the morning with no penalty.

NO AID STATIONS: Please carry what you’ll need.

COVID-19 CAVEATS: In 2020 this race was successfully held in-person by using a rolling-start format. We assume we’ll be able to go back to a separate start for the 5K and 10K this year, but you know things can change. We’ll post updates as we know them.
