2020 Pilgrim Hustle has been cancelled due to Covid.

The 2021 Pilgrim Hustle is a 5K off road Run/Walk and will be an off road event held at the Sumter County Fairgrounds, 7620 SR 471, Bushnell, FL. Get ready for a healthy holiday season by joining us for this first time event. It's open to adults and children 8+.

Official Timers will be ASP Timing and Events. No chipped pace-bands will be used. Race packets will be available on November 13 between 2:00 – 6:00 PM at the Extension office or at the event check-in.

Prizes (medals) will be awarded to the top three female and male runners in each age division (Youth 8-12, 13-17, Adult 18-34, 35-55 and Senior 56-64, 65-75 and 76+). The Pilgrim Hustle 5K is designed to be a fun event for the whole family. Walkers are also welcomed and encouraged to also enjoy the nature trail style course. Refreshments will be available after the race.

Proceeds from the Pilgrim Hustle benefit Sumter County Extension Educational programs offered by Family and Consumer Sciences, and 4-H Youth Development. Sponsorship proceeds will help extend the out reach of these programs.Donations will support the Sumter County Farmer's Market Fresh Access Bucks program and help feed families in need.

*** Regular Registration opens on February 29, 2021 at 12:00 AM and closes 10/28/2020 at 11:59 PM. Shirts are included in the registration fee.

*** Late registration opens October 29, 2021 at 12:00 AM and closes November 9, 2020 at 12:00 PM. Shirts cannot be guaranteed to late registrants.

*** Day of registration will be available beginning at 7:30 AM and will close at 8:45 AM. Shirts will not be provided.
