Please join the ELIH Foundation for our Fourth Annual 5K Family Walk/Run to support your community hospital’s Behavioral Health Services. ELIH Foundation is having our annual Walk or run on October 10th because it is World Mental Health Day to raise awareness for those living with mental or behavioral health issues, and to help reduce the stigma so many experience. Proceeds from this event will benefit of Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital (SBELIH) Behavioral Health Services, including Quannacut Inpatient and Outpatient Services and Inpatient Psychiatry. World Mental Health Day is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. With Nature being the theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day, ELIH Foundation thought what better way to raise awareness and funds than to have our Fourth Annual 5K Family Walk/Run at Orient Beach State Park.

5K Start Time: 8 AM

Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run Start Time: 8:30 AM

5K AWARDS:
Top 3 overall Male and Female
Top 3 Male and 3 Female finishers in each age group:
12 and under, 13-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59,
60-64, 65-69, 70+

AMENITIES:
T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by 9/30!

FEES:

· Adults (Ages 13+): $30

· Kids (Ages 6-12): $10
