A 5k race held at Monument Valley Park, Colorado Springs, on Sunday, September 19th at 8AM promoting Holistic Health Week. This race is sponsored by The Essential Wellness Society and brought to you by Elmwood Athletics. Other sponsors include: Moore's Inn Vermont, Hardwood Flooring Specialists, and Healing Wheel Holistic.

The course is mainly crushed gravel with the start and finish in a grass field. It's mostly flat with one short hill. Awards will be distributed to the overall top 3 men and women, the top overall masters (40+) man and woman, and the top overall U15 boy and girl.

Come join us if you're looking for a competitive race or just a fun run/walk! The race is the culmination of a weeklong conference on health and wellness promotion hosted by The Essential Wellness Society.
