Running with my dog is one of my favorite parts of the day. She keeps me moving, keeps me smiling, and reminds me that running isn’t just about pace or distance—it’s about joy. Every tail wag and happy stride makes the miles lighter, and I love that we get to share the road (or trail) together.

Does Winnie know that when you put on your running shoes that it is time to go for a run?

When she sees me put my shoes on she gets excited and goes to wear I keep her leash. She is ready to go when I’m ready to go.

When the run is over, does Winnie find the nap spot and get their rest?

After the run she immediately drinks water and plops down on the floor. We can take a queue from Winnie on resting after our training.
