Run Tri Bike Panel Discussion: Mental Health & Mindset for Athletes
Join us on Sunday, October 13th at 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET for an empowering panel discussion. We’re bringing together four incredible mental health experts—Pat Spencer, Landon Hildebrand, Peter Falcon, and JoAnne Bullard—to explore the mental side of endurance sports and how everyday athletes can thrive beyond the finish line.
This conversation will focus on the mindset shifts needed at the close of the racing season: how to process the highs and lows, embrace rest, and see time away from racing as a strength rather than a setback. We’ll dive into strategies for approaching the long offseason and winter months, maintaining motivation when race-day energy fades, and preparing yourself mentally for the spring racing season ahead.
Run Tri Bike’s mission has always been to remind athletes that there is a spot at the starting line for everybody and every body. This discussion is designed to give you tools, perspective, and support to carry that spirit into the months ahead.
Everyday Athlete Clubhouse members attend for free. Non-members may join for just $10.
