Join us on October 16 at our West End location for our first annual 5k race! This race is designed for all ages and fitness levels, with an emphasis on family recreation. With it being in the month of October, we want to make this a Halloween themed run (costumes must be appropriate).

This year's first West End YMCA 5k will focus efforts towards our Y is medicine program, specifically at our West End facility. This program is all about mental health with an emphasis on how we think, feel and act. We hope that this event will allow us to support mental health in the community.
