Fit & Able is proud to bring back the Turkey Chase! We hope you enjoyed the delicious Thanksgiving eats with your friends and family. But now it's time to burn off the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and pie! With three distances – including a 5K, 10K, and 20K – you can choose your challenge! Once you pick your distance you can choose the start wave you prefer.

Invite your friends, pick your race, and burn off Thanksgiving dinner!

This year we are going LIVE and VIRTUAL! That means you can choose to run at Umstead State Park or wherever you are – near or far – you can participate in a great race to support an amazing organization. All you need to do is run wherever you want and submit your times online! It's really fun and super easy!

All live and virtual runners will get a Turkey Chase embroidered knit hat and finishers medal. Virtual runners have the option for their packets to be shipped or retrieved at a curbside pickup after the event.
