Trail Relay Marathon

When: April 17, 2021
Where: Oxford, MS
Race type(s): 26.2M Relay

Join Campus Recreation for our first ever relay marathon on the trail!

So, what is a marathon relay exactly? Like a marathon, a marathon relay is an event that covers 26.2 miles of distance. But instead of you running all of those miles by yourself, your team completes the challenge together. The entire race will be held on the main rail bed trail, and the final leg will also run a section around the South Campus Recreation Center. Each relay team will consist of four-five people, all being at least 8 years of age on race day. For teams of five, each team member will complete one leg of the race (see below); for teams of four, one member will complete two legs. All team members will receive a technical running shirt (sizes guaranteed if registered by 4/8). This event is limited to 10 teams
