Join us for our revamped evening 5K run and 1 Mile run/walk at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota. The stroller- and pet-friendly event follows a route along the lake at Nathan Benderson Park. Plenty of volunteers, a water stop, and music will shepherd the participants along. Chip timing by Fit2Time, then a great after party and awards ceremony. Proceeds benefit The Tidewell Foundation and programs in Manatee, Sarasota, DeSoto and Charlotte Counties. Vendor booths will open at 5PM the 5K Run will begin at 6PM and the 1 Mile Run/Walk will begin at 6:15PM.
