The well-being of our participants, sponsors, staff and volunteers is our top priority. Due to COVID-19 related concerns, the North Jersey Masters has made the prudent decision to cancel the Fred D’Elia Ridgewood Run on Monday, September 7, 2020. The event will return to Memorial Day in 2021. The venue and the timing of the event will remain the same next year.

The Ridgewood Run is celebrating it's 45th running in 2021.

The premier road race in northern New Jersey. One of the longest running races in the tri-state area. There is something for everyone: 10K, 5K, Road Mile, Fun Run – the must-run event for all!
USTAF members receive a $3 discount on the 5K and 10K race.
