Race Day Events will manage the timing for on site 5K registrants only. Each 5K registrant will receive a chip attached to their bib for timing accuracy.
On site 1M will begin @ 8:30PM followed by 5K @ 9PM

COURSE MAP

- 1 Mile Walk/Run: Is 1 loop of the 5K course.
- 5K Course: The run will start near the football stadium and will proceed to County Farm Rd. You follow County Farm Rd to William Blount Dr and then enter the 9th Grade Academy. You make a loop around the Academy and then take a right onto Stadium Drive. You will then run back close to the start/finish line and run a second loop of the same route. After the second loop you will take a right through the parking lot to the far end and make a loop to the left. For the finish you will enter the track area, run three quarters length, exit and the start/finish line will be shortly after.
Safety Plan
* Medals will be given in the race packet instead of the finish line on race day
* Packet pickup, May 7th @ 4pm-7pm, will be setup outside Vineyard Church for drive through pickup
* Volunteers will be given masks to be worn on race day during event time 7:30pm-10pm. Gloves will also be worn while handling water station, post refreshments table, and during sanitizing tables/chairs
* Volunteers will be present to help monitor social distancing by marking 6ft of distance with food truck lines, 5K lineup, and sanitize tables/chairs
* There will be a temperature check for all volunteers
*Registrants will be given a disposable mask in their race packet to be worn on race day leading up to start time. There will be some exceptions to wearing a mask while eating and during walk/run
* Firetruck viewing will be roped off
* 5K registrants will be capped accordingly
* Staggered start time will be provided for 5K registrants. Pavement will be marked for distancing runners upon start time. There will be a 2-3 minute start time between groups. An announcement will be given on race day to determine lineup based on estimated finish times
*There will be at least 3 police vehicles setup along the course on County Farm Rd. and William Blount Dr.
* Post refreshments will be prepackaged
* There will be no award ceremony. Instead, Most Glowed Out award and Overall Male/Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd Placement award will be mailed and announced on our Facebook and Runsignup page
