The Ability 5k is a community event to support our health and wellness programming and raise awareness for adults living with disabilities in our community. Our programs celebrate the abilities of all people. The individuals we serve will run and walk alongside friends, family, and staff to bring awareness to the importance of Health and Wellness in all our lives. This year's event will be held on Saturday October 2, 2021 in the picturesque Amherst Village (Congregational Church). There will be a free 1mile fun run/walk (registration not required). Proceeds from this event will support our Health and Wellness program to ensure that our activities stay free of charge for those who participate.

$20 individual race fee if registered on or before September 12, 2021. After September 13, 2021 $25. Race Day registration is $30. Teams/Groups (5+) receive discounts of $6/registrant.

First 100 Registrants receive a free race T-Shirt.

At Opportunity Networks, we aim to support individuals with disabilities as well as work with members of the community to create partnerships that are beneficial for everyone. We hope to bring out the strengths and best qualities of each program participant so that they can be integrated within their community in a meaningful way.
