The Swing Bridge Run will be on Saturday October 16th 2021. Join Holy Trinity Classical Christian School in cooperation with the City of Beaufort for a 5K Run and All Ages Bridge Walk through historic downtown Beaufort and across the Woods bridge on a USATF certified 5k course, there will also be a virtual 5k run/walk option for those who cannot be present with us in Beaufort.
On the morning of the race there will be a Sunrise Community Prayer Gathering @7 AM under the pavilion at the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park where all are invited to join, regardless if you are running the race or not, as we pray with the wider church community in Beaufort for our town and for Holy Trinity's sister school Good Shepherd Academy in South Sudan.

Pre Race Prep:
- Race packet pick-up will be held on Friday, October 14 from 10am until 6pm at Grounded Running. We will also have race number pick-up available on race day starting at 7am.
- Race day registration will be available on Saturday, October 16th from 7am-7:45am in downtown Beaufort at the Grounded Running tent. However race day registrations will be subject to limited t shirt availability.
T Shirts and Merchandise:
- T shirts will be included in the registration price for those who register for the Swing Bridge 5k.
- If you register for the All Ages Bridge Walk t shirts will be available for purchase for $20.00
- Virtual Participants may purchase a t shirt there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of shipping for our out of town registrations.
We will have additional merchandise available for purchase…follow our social accounts where we will post updates regarding all Swing Bridge Run activities.
Day of Schedule:
7:00-7:40 am: Sunrise Community Prayer Gathering
7:00-7:45 am: Day of Race Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration
8:15 am: 5K Start
8:20 am: All Ages Bridge walk starts, walkers fall in behind runners.
8:45 am: Award Ceremony
9:00 am: Enjoy your morning in downtown Beaufort
Virtual Participants will be able to complete their 5k run/walk at any point between 8th-17th of October. Just remember to enter your times in online.
Additional Info:
- Event is dog friendly and stroller friendly.
- No bicycles please
- 5K Course: Start/finish line at Freedom Mall down Bay Street cross Woods Memorial Bridge to Lady's Island down Meridian Rd to Youmans Drive and double back on same route to Freedom Mall.
