Hello Superheroes for Children!
All participants are encouraged to wear a Superhero costume and SHARE the fun in person or virtual!!
Schedule of Events
- 8:00 a.m.: Check in Begins! (There will be NO day of registrations accepted.)
- 8:30 a.m.: Kids' Super Dash
- 8:45 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. OPEN Start Time ALL 5K Superheroes take off!!

- What does my registration include? All sponsor complementary registrations and paid registrations will receive our Superhero 5K T-shirt, LOTS of SUPER fun and Superhero Goodie Giveaways!
- Can kids do both the Kids' Super Dash and the full 5K? YES!
- When does registration close? Registration will close Midnight, Sunday, April 9, 2023
- Can I register in-person? NO
- Will there be a Superhero Costume Contest? YES!
- Can I pick up my t shirt and bib before race day? To be determined; we will announce this when closer to the event.
- What if I want to make an additional donation? (Thank you!!) When you complete your registration there is an option to make an additional donation to our program.
PLEASE NOTE: We anticipate being able to host an in-person event along with the virtual option; however, the in-person event is subject to be cancelled if there are COVID-19 safety restrictions. If we can host our in-person component ALL safety guidelines will be adhered to by all race attendees and participants.
Due to costs associated with the race and this is a fundraiser for our programs, there are no refunds for this event.
