Strides for Health is part of our commitment to maintain and improve the health and well-being of our community and is presented by Ascension Borgess Allegan Hospital. Runners and walkers will begin at the Ascension Borgess Allegan Physical Rehabilitation Building, located across the street from the hospital at 576 Linn Street in Allegan. Participants will wind their way through a fairly flat, fast, and shaded course in the quiet surrounding neighborhoods. Following the 5K is a FREE 1 Mile Kids Fun Run where every participant receives a fun run medal, delicious refreshments, and awards.

Proceeds from the 15th Annual Strides for Health 5K will benefit the Ascension Borgess Allegan Foundation and directly impact our patients, families, and associates at Ascension Borgess Allegan Hospital. The Foundation invests in the health of our community through Education, Patient & Family Support Services, and Clinical Advancements at Ascension Borgess Allegan Hospital.
