Prizes to be awarded to the top 2 of each age division. The following age divisions are in place:

14 and Under, 15-19, 20-25, 26-30, 31-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

The Courageous Steps Project’s Step Forward 5K Challenge promotes the importance of stepping forward, even if the obstacle is not clearly noticed. So, why haven’t you taken that first Step Forward?

All proceeds from our 5K Challenge will benefit the Courageous Steps Project’s Step Forward Initiative which awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Eastern Maine, and provides mentorship opportunities to children in grades 4-12 through collaborating with schools and other local organizations.
