Bainbridge, Georgia would like to welcome you to the fourth year of Port City’s first sprint triathlon, “The Sprint on the Flint”.  This is a great  

beginners Tri and will  feature a 400m swim in the 5 foot deep boat  

basin. Following the swim, will be a 10 mile bike ride followed by a run 

on our certified 5k course which winds along the river and the beautiful  

nature trail.

Registration includes a  signature race t-shirt and post race food.

Awards will be three deep in each category!
