Please join us for the inaugural Spirit of the West 5K run / walk and 1K Family Fun run.

5K events begin at 7:00AM, while the Family Fun event (1K) will begin at 8:00AM. This hilly 5K course route will loop through the Sixth Avenue West neighborhood, and conclude at the course starting point. Festivities and swag bags will be provided to each registrant at the conclusion of the event.

Register prior to July 4th for discounted registration fees.

This event benefits Westernaires, a non-profit youth organization based in Golden, CO. Founded in 1949, Westernaires is comprised of over 1,000 dedicated young people, aged 9 to 19. Westernaires encourages self-respect, responsibility and leadership through horsemanship and family participation. Westernaires has proudly trained young people to use their talents and skills in the best traditions of the West.
