Join us for the 4th Annual Shining Lights 5K run/walk and 1-mile kids fun run. Right now the event will be Virtual this year, if things change, we may move to an in-person option starting at the iconic Blue Bonnet Palace in Selma, TX.

This event is Positively Impacting Communities, Inc. (PIC) annual fundraiser to provide services to families in need and meaningful volunteer opportunities for teens. We are a 100% volunteer-staffed organization and all proceeds will fund services in the Schertz/Selma/Universal City community and surrounding areas. PIC is a charitable, non-profit organization based in Schertz.

Race participants receive:

• Souvenir Race tee (guaranteed to everyone that registers before April 20, 2020. After that limited supply will be available – first to register, first served)
• Goody bag – reusable grocery bag with goodies including energy chews

Awards will be given for:

• Best Overall Male/Female Finisher
• Top Male/Female Finisher in each age group
