Come join us for the 30k (18.6 miles), 7 mile, or 5k (3.1 miles) run on the beautiful, mostly shaded, wooded trail surrounding Salem Lake. Enjoy a well-organized event that is a great tune up for any of the marathons held in October or November. The course has been listed as one of America's best running trails and part of the proceeds benefit the Salem Lake Trail System. Register early to be sure of a place.

T-shirts are guaranteed to those who register 3 weeks before the event. This will be a long sleeve tech shirt in male/female sizes.

Water stops approximately every 3 miles.

A portion of the proceeds will go to support the trails and facilities at Salem Lake

Online registration closes on Sunday before the race at midnight. Please note that if you miss online registration, you can still register at Packet Pickup on Friday
