This year's 12th annual Running with the Cows race is a VIRTUAL RUN only.

Registered participants for the Half Marathon and 5K will register and complete their designated distance at a location of their choice (neighborhood, trail, treadmill, etc). The run can be completed anytime from NOW until May 8th at midnight. As a registered participant you will automatically receive a 2021 race shirt and medal which will be mailed to out-of-town runners. Local runners can pick up their swag at KC Running Company in Martin City, dates will be announced later.
