RUNegades' Warrior-Trail Half and Quarter Marathon

This flat, fast, and shaded course is PERFECT for a mid-summer half-marathon!
The Warrior Trail runs along the west bank of the Susquehanna River in Luzerne County, PA. The out-and-back route has a total elevation gain/loss of 11 feet and 90% of the trail is shaded.

When

Saturday August 14th
1/2 Marathon rolling start between 7:00 am and 8:00 am
1/4 Marathon rolling start between 8:00 am and 8:30 am

Cost
Half Marathon: $60 until 7/11, $65 until 8/8; $70 on race day
Quarter Marathon: $40 until 7/11; $45 until 8/8; $50 on race day
Race Buff and Unique Finisher's Medal
All participants will receive a RUNegades' buff and a unique artist-designed finisher's medal.
Bathrooms and Water Stations
Porta-potties will be available at the starting area and along the course.
Parking
There is plenty of parking parking near the starting area in a few parking lots and along the street.

Packet Pickup
All packets will be picked up day-of on-site. Packet pickup opens at 6:15 AM.

Charity
We will be making a donation to the Susquehanna Warrior Trail. For more information, check out their website HERE.

Awards for In-Person Race

The top three M/F overall, the top three M/F masters*, and the top three M/F in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ will win plaques to attach to their finisher's medals and receive digital awards certificates via email.

Q: Is this a timed race?
A: Yes. The Half and Quarter Marathon are both chip-timed. Your time does not start until you cross the starting mat with your bib.

Q: What is the course surface like?
A: The out-and-back course on The Susquehanna Warrior Trail is flat hard-packed gravel. 90% is shaded.

Q: Are dogs allowed on the course?
A: You may run with your dog, but you assume ALL responsibility for your dog. You must maintain proper social distancing and pick up after your pooch.

Q: Are strollers allowed on the course?
A: No.
