Join Wildwood Park for our Run Wild for Wildwood 5K & 10K!

Here is how it works…

Step 1. Register to run/walk the 5K or run the 10K, and invite your friends to join!

Step 2. Pick up your "swag bag" at the Olewine Nature Center starting one week before the race date, or arrive early the day of the race to grab your bag.

Step 3. For in person, we will have the 10K start at 8:45 AM on Saturday, August 28; the 5K will start at 9:00 AM the same day. Post a picture of your run to Facebook and/or Instagram using #runwildforwildwood!

Show your support for the Park by registering online. All donations from this event benefit "Save the Boardwalks", Friends of Wildwood Campaign. The Friends of Wildwood is a non-profit organization that helps fund programs, as well as enhancements and additions to Wildwood Park and the Benjamin Olewine III Nature Center.

The North Boardwalk trail has been closed since January 2020 after flooding damaged one of the bridges. This Friends of Wildwood campaign is working to raise monies that will help fund the creation of a connector boardwalk from the Delta Boardwalk to the North Boardwalk. "Save the Boardwalks" will ensure these trails are here for us and future generations to enjoy! Help us reach our goal of creating this new trail!
