Double out and back on 2 rail trails. The first section is about 5 miles long, is paved & goes through the historic & restored Meredith Tunnel. The second trail is on crushed limestone & has a scenic view of the Monongahela River.  Long sleeve tech shirts if registered by Dec 5th 2020.  A very limited number of shirts will be available for same-day registration, so please pre-register online or via mail.  All finishers will get a nice custom medal! 

 Hour long videos from the 2009 race & the 2013 race are on You Tube. Race news is posted on Facebook. Awards presented as runners finish. Lots of post-race food. Second year for 1pm start time. Event benefits Literacy Volunteers of Marion County (LVMC), a United Way agency & a 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity. LVMC facilitates free one on one tutoring in a friendly, confidential setting. Tutoring is provided for both adults and children in reading, math & English as a second language (ESL).
