The race is approximately 6K through scenic Hickory Hill Park. Start and finish will be on the Regina High School track. This is a very challenging and scenic cross country course. Expect steep hills, rocks, overhanging trees, creeks, mud, stumps, and tall grass!

Each registered runner will receive a custom made, Team Red Shamrock race T-shirt. Must register on-line by March 23rd, 2021 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

The Team Red Shamrock Trail Challenge is also part of the No Coast Trail Series, a group of trail races in Central and Eastern Iowa that was organized to promote trail running in Iowa.
