A portion of this year's proceeds benefit the Willie Bee Foundation. The Willie Bee Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization founded in August of 2017 to benefit local families who have a child facing a life threatening illness. IN-PERSON 5K RUN/WALK
Prior to August 23- $25; shirt guaranteed.

August 23- September 18- $30; shirt first come, first served (limited supply available)

September 19-25- $35; shirt first come, first served (limited supply available)

Location: Pineway Ponds Park, Spencerport NY. Our course is certified to be accurate by USATF #NY15107KL. 5K Race is primarily roads, beginning and ending at Pineway Ponds Park.

Current COVID-safe guidelines and maximums will be in place (and emailed to pre-registered participants). No refunds or transfers.

VIRTUAL 5K RUN/WALK and 1 MILE FAMILY RUN/WALK
Prior to August 23- $20; shirt guaranteed.

On/After August 23- September 18- $25; shirt first come, first served (limited supply available)

September 19-26- $30; shirt first come, first served (limited supply available)

No refunds or transfers.

SWAG
Register prior to August 23 to be guaranteed an official Pineway Ponds 5K t-shirt! Pre-registered participants will receive a swag bag with promotions from our sponsors. Sorry, we are unable to mail shirts and other swag to virtual participants.

AWARDS
Prizes will be awarded for the top male/female runners for the IN-PERSON event. Virtual participants may be eligible for prizes through our social media outlets.

Based on the current COVID-19 pandemic, extra precautions may be made to ensure the safety of our staff, participants, and community. Guidelines, if necessary will be released prior to the in-person event.

By registering for this event, you are acknowledging that the date, time, location and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or cancelled at any time as deemed necessary. In this event, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals unless otherwise stated.
