Outpace Cancer is a 10K/5K Race & 1-Mile Walk in Oklahoma City, hosted by Stephenson Cancer Center, to raise money for cancer research and to provide support for cancer patients and their families. The 2021 event will take place on Sunday, September 26 at Stephenson Cancer Center.

There is also a virtual option to participate in the 10K, 5K or 1-Mile Walk wherever you'd like on the same day as the physical race!

The Outpace Cancer Race is a family-friendly event to help create community and support for the people fighting cancer and their families.

After the race, enjoy the best post-race party in town featuring the Outpace Beer Garden, local food trucks, bounce houses and face painting for the kids, and live music!
