The River Fest 5K is sponsored by the New Cumberland Park Board and New Cumberland River Fest Committee and raises money for the Oak Glen High School Physical Education Department. This is a road/ city park course that starts on North Chestnut Street (across from Hines Park Gazebo) in New Cumberland, heads south on Rt. 2 through the city park into Eden Valley, loops around Hancock PSD and finishes back at the start line on North Chestnut Street. We will hold race day festivities at Hines Park Gazebo. We have a run, walk, stroller, and kids division. We will also be giving an award to the team with the most participants. The Run Category is for participants who want to run or run/ walk, and the Walk category is walk ONLY (no running allowed). Please keep this in mind when registering for your event.
