Join Merrimack Parks and Recreation for the fourth annual Naticook Challenge Obstacle Course Race.

The course is a 5k distance and includes 8 or more beginner to intermediate level obstacles. There are obstacle bypass exercises available if unable to complete an obstacle. Racers will be on a mix of trails and varied terrain with rapid elevation change as they complete a total of 5 kilometers.

This course is perfect for both those who have never run an Obstacle Course Race before, and also veterans of OCR who are looking to get out and have some fun.

Start wave times are assigned based on age group and are as follows: (subject to change)
Ages 40+: 9:00am Start time
Ages 19- 39: 9:02am Start time
Ages 8 – 18/Family: 9:04am Start time

The first 125 registered participants will receive an official Naticook Challenge Runners T-Shirt. All registered participants will earn a completion medal.

Participants 8 to 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
